1. Boston or NYC Products Liability Litigators (Law Firm, Temp-to-Perm)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking products liability litigation attorneys with at least five years of experience to work in the Boston or New York City offices of an international law firm.  The Boston location is strongly preferred.  Ideal candidates will have pharmaceutical, medical device or products liability litigation experience working as an associate at a large law firm and also possess a science background, strong writing skills, and proficiency with Relativity software.  Attorneys hired for this role will be assisting on products liability litigation in the pharmaceutical and medical device areas, specifically assisting with drafting custodial file memoranda, developing and vetting expert witnesses, and researching and drafting motions.  This is a full-time role that will last approximately one year with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position at the firm.  Interviews will begin as soon as appropriate candidates are identified and the ideal start date for the role is September. 

2. Dallas Technology Transactions Attorney (In-House, Permanent)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a transactional attorney to work in the Dallas area office of a global financial services company. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in intellectual property, technology, and privacy matters, including global technology-related contracts, information security, data protection and privacy, and service and outsourcing arrangements. Candidates must have experience partnering with and supporting internal clients and business development initiatives to close deals and mitigate risk related to privacy and data security issues in connection with the firm's procurement of products and services. Prior experience working within financial services is preferred.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements for technology-related goods and services, including SaaS, telecommuting, consulting, software licensing and hardware purchase agreements, statements of work, change orders, amendments, and NDAs; drafting and negotiating outsourcing transactions, including offshoring, ITO, and BPO; and addressing issues related to internet, digital, social media, and e-commerce in new products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position as a Vice President.
