1. NYC Corporate Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a corporate attorney to work in the New York City office of a global financial services company. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of substantial experience in M&A, as well as general corporate work.  The attorney must be able to handle complex deal-related work from start to finish, as well as the day-to-day legal needs of a joint venture, with minimal oversight. He or she must also be comfortable conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating various agreements, and figuring out the solutions to nuanced issues.  The attorney must be comfortable serving as a trusted advisor to the business and liaising with the business directly on a regular basis.  A New York bar admission is required. Prior experience at a large law firm is required. 

This is a full-time, temporary role that will last at least three months in length with the likelihood of extension and possibility of conversion to a permanent role. 

2. LA Environmental Associate (Law Firm, Permanent)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking an environmental law associate to work in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in California environmental law, with an emphasis on waste and water regulatory compliance; permitting and enforcement issues; and familiarity with California's regulatory agencies. A California bar admission is required. Industry experience is preferred. This is a direct hire, partner-track associate position that requires 2000 billable hours annually.

3. LA Environmental Attorney (Law Firm, Permanent)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking an environmental law attorney to work in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in California environmental law, with an emphasis on waste and water regulatory compliance; permitting and enforcement issues; and familiarity with California's regulatory agencies. A California bar admission is required. Industry experience is preferred. This is a direct hire, non-partnership track position that requires 1800 billable hours annually.
