1. NYC Commercial Contracts Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial contracts attorney to work in the New York City office of a multinational financial information provider.  The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, such as licensing and subscription agreements. Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred.  A New York bar admission is required.  The attorney hired should also be comfortable dealing with investment banks and other sophisticated counterparties.  The attorney hired will be supporting the sales team, and assisting the business side with closing deals.  This is a temporary engagement that will last until at least January 2018 with the possibility of extension.  Interviews will begin as soon as the right candidates are identified.
 
2. NYC Part-Time Commercial Contracts Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial contracts attorney to work on a part-time basis in the New York City office of global financial services company. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. Experience in data use, privacy, and intellectual property is preferred. Prior in-house experience is preferred. A New York bar admission is required. The qualified candidate will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials, creating user terms and conditions, and negotiating agreements. This is a temporary, part-time role that will last from September to December and involve 20 hours per week. Partial telecommuting may be permitted.
