1. NYC Corporate Transactions Attorney (In-House, Temp-to-Perm)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a corporate transactions attorney to work in the New York City office of a technology company. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with general corporate transactions. Product sales experience is required. New York Bar admission is required. Prior law firm experience is required. The qualified candidate will be responsible for general corporate work including marketing, product sales, multi-level sales, distribution agreements, and NDAs. This is a full-time opportunity allowing for partial telecommuting that will last one to three months with the possibility of extension and conversion to a permanent role at the company.

2. NYC Commercial Transactions Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial transactions attorney to work in the New York City office of a multinational technology services and business consulting company. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience drafting and negotiating IT software licensing agreements, MSAs, and resale agreements. Prior in-house experience is required. A New York Bar admission is required. The qualified candidate will be responsible for commercial transactions work. This is a full-time, temporary position that will last for at least a two month term and may allow partial telecommuting.
