1. Philadelphia-Area Part-Time Commercial Contracts Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial contracts attorney to work part-time in the Chester County, PA office of an in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts including real estate, corporate, IT, trademarks, and marketing contracts. Prior law firm experience is required. Prior in-house experience is a plus. This is a part-time, temporary role that will require 15-25 hours per week (3 days in the office), and last for at least six months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. 

2. NYC Corporate/Commercial Associate (Law Firm, Direct Hire)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a corporate associate to work in the New York City office of a boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will have entry level experience (and commensurate pay) in contract review and drafting matters. Prior experience with financial services, insurance, or technology is a plus. A New York bar admission is required. This is a full-time, permanent role with an annual billable requirement of 1500-1600 billable hours.
