1. Chicago Commercial Contracts Attorney (In-House, Temporary)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial contracts attorney to work in the Chicago office of a global technology company. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial contract negotiation and intellectual property matters. The qualified candidate will be responsible for reviewing and redlining contracts; supporting negotiation and advising on negotiation practices; reviewing website terms as needed, and maintaining legal databases. This is a full-time, temporary position that will begin June 15 and last about two months. 

2. Dallas Technology Transactions Attorney (In-House, Permanent)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a transactional attorney to work in the Dallas area office of a global financial services company. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in intellectual property, technology, and privacy matters, including global technology-related contracts, information security, data protection and privacy, and service and outsourcing arrangements. Candidates must have experience partnering with and supporting internal clients and business development initiatives to close deals and mitigate risk related to privacy and data security issues in connection with the firm's procurement of products and services. Prior experience working within financial services is preferred. 

The qualified candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements for technology-related goods and services, including SaaS, telecommuting, consulting, software licensing and hardware purchase agreements, statements of work, change orders, amendments, and NDAs; drafting and negotiating outsourcing transactions, including offshoring, ITO, and BPO; and addressing issues related to internet, digital, social media, and e-commerce in new products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position as a Vice President.

3. Long Island Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Law Firm, Permanent)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a commercial real estate attorney to work in the Nassau County office of a boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including experience with leases and purchase and sale agreements. Experience with large deals, such as shopping centers, is preferred.  Candidates must be interested in developing business and supporting and managing the work of the firm. 

The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the work of the firm, including managing projects on an ongoing basis and independently drafting and negotiating commercial real estate transactions. Prior experience in a large law firm is preferred. A New York bar admission is required. This is a full-time, permanent role.
