1. NYC Technology Transactions Attorney (Permanent, In-House)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking technology attorney to work as an Assistant General Counsel in the New York City office of a global company.  This is a full-time, permanent role as an Assistant General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in complex strategic sourcing transactions and a demonstrated ability to engage on and complete complex transactions quickly and effectively. A thorough understanding of existing and emerging technologies is required, including big data, mobile apps, web and devices, social media, and cloud computing.  Sophisticated working knowledge of privacy and information security matters is required.  A New York bar admission is required, and experience working in insurance or financial institutions is preferred.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for leading, structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial, technology, and professional services agreements; engaging as leading counsel and driving negotiations; ensuring contracts comply with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements; and providing day-to-day advice on IP, Technology and Strategic Sourcing functions including cyber and data security, risk management, and intellectual property.

2. NYC Structured Finance Associate (Temp-to-Perm, Law Firm)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking a structured finance attorney to work in the New York City office of a boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in transactional finance law, including representation of issuers, underwriters, institutional investors, trustees, collateral agents, servicers, lenders and sponsors in CLOs and other securitization transactions. A New York bar admission is required. Experience in a large or mid-size law firm is preferred. This is a full-time, temporary position that may convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. 

3. Pittsburgh Executive Compensation Attorney (Temp-to-Perm, In-House)

Bliss Lawyers is seeking an executive compensation lawyer to work at a medium to large size public company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  The ideal candidate will have experience working on executive compensation with a public company including Section 16 reporting, employee equity rewards programs and public company meetings.  This is a full-time, temporary position that may convert to a permanent position with the public company.
